  1. Taxation Management
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for managing Revenue, VAT, WHT, and Customs-related taxation.
    • Respond to tax queries promptly and accurately.
    • Maintain a clear understanding of tax notices and ongoing cases.
    • Advise the Accounts team on appropriate provisions in the books, supported by proper rationale.
  2. Statutory Payments Compliance
    • Ensure timely payment of all statutory dues including taxes, levies, and legal fees.
    • Maintain and regularly update a checklist of statutory payment schedules to ensure compliance.
  3. Stakeholder Coordination
    • Liaise with legal advisors, valuers, taxation authorities, and statutory auditors on various company matters.
    • Drive discussions to logical conclusions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
